Cancellation policy and form
You have the right to cancel this purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you (or a third party named by you who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us, Lydia Werner GmbH, an email to office@lydiawerner.com
about your decision to revoke this purchase contract.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this purchase contract, we must reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days, valid from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will we charge you for this repayment.
You have to send the goods back to our logistician immediately. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of your cancellation policy. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned.
You yourself bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
